Hi, I purchased a condo a year ago, and it's still under construction. Recently, I know that another new condo will be built adjacent to it (I wasn't told this when I signed the SPA). Since I'm buying for my own stay, I don't think I can endure another four years of dust and noise pollution. I'm regretting my decision now. Should/Could I sell my condo now while looking for another property?
